PromptFree is operated by Disainilahendused OÜ, an Estonian private limited company. In these Terms, "PromptFree", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Disainilahendused OÜ and the PromptFree service.

PromptFree provides a catalog of prompts and related preview materials for building landing pages, product pages, and digital product interfaces.

Some prompts are free. Some prompts require an active paid subscription. Access rules are shown in the product and pricing pages.

You need an account to copy prompts and use paid access.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for all activity under your account.

You must not share paid account access with people outside your allowed plan or team arrangement.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes may be calculated at checkout based on your billing details.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You can manage cancellation, billing details, invoices, and payment methods through the Stripe customer portal linked from your account page.

Paid access remains active while your subscription is active or trialing. If a subscription is canceled, past due, unpaid, paused, or otherwise inactive, access falls back to the free tier.

PromptFree does not offer lifetime access unless a separate written agreement says so.

Refunds are handled case by case through support.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

For EU consumers, statutory withdrawal and digital-content rules may apply. If access to digital content starts immediately with your consent and legal acknowledgement, withdrawal rights may be limited where allowed by law.

Free prompts may be used for personal exploration and evaluation unless the prompt page says otherwise.

Plus, Pro, and Agency plans include a commercial license to use prompt content in your own projects and client projects while your paid access is active.

You may copy, adapt, and use prompt outputs in your work.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, scrape, mirror, or package PromptFree prompt text, prompt files, previews, or catalog data as a competing library, template pack, prompt marketplace, or dataset.

Agency or team use requires an Agency plan or a separate written agreement.

Prompt access is delivered digitally through the website. You are responsible for saving any prompt text you are allowed to use.

We may update, add, remove, rename, reorganize, or replace prompts and preview materials.

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Preview assets hosted on a CDN are temporary.

CDN preview availability is not guaranteed.

Preview media is provided for evaluation only. You must host production assets yourself and must not rely on PromptFree CDN preview URLs in live client or production work.

You are responsible for reviewing prompt outputs before publishing or delivering them.

You must follow applicable laws, platform rules, third-party AI tool terms, client requirements, and intellectual property rights.

You must not use PromptFree to create unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content.

PromptFree, the catalog, prompt text, site design, branding, previews, and related materials are owned by Disainilahendused OÜ or its licensors.

You keep rights in your own projects and lawful outputs, subject to these Terms and any third-party tool terms that apply to your workflow.

PromptFree uses third-party providers, including Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Google sign-in, and CDN or asset-hosting providers.

Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.

PromptFree is provided as is and as available.

We do not guarantee that prompts will produce a specific result, conversion rate, design quality, platform approval, legal compliance, or business outcome.

Prompt previews are examples only. They are not a guarantee of final generated output.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PromptFree is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, client disputes, production downtime, or third-party claims arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, share paid content unlawfully, or create security or legal risk.

You may stop using PromptFree at any time and may cancel paid subscriptions through the customer portal.

We may update these Terms when the product, pricing, providers, legal duties, or business structure changes. The current version is posted on this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection law gives you rights in another jurisdiction.
